ITEM DIDN’T ARRIVE: If the item you ordered didn’t arrive, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
ITEM DAMAGED OR NOT AS PER DESCRIPTION: If the item you receive is damaged, different from what you ordered like the size or color, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you will be eligible for a refund.
NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER: If for any reason you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you can do so ONLY within 12 hours of placing an order. Upon cancellation, you will receive a Store Credit of the refund amount with no minimum purchase amount.
